After the Gruyère Cheese Factory tour, you can enjoy the picturesque medieval village, where you can wander through the shops, restaurants, and explore the Castle of Gruyères. A shuttle will be provided to and from Gruyère, tours of the cheese factory will be coordinated by the Pepperdine team.

  Swiss Vapeur Parc

Step in the world of miniature trains at Swiss Vapeur Parc in le Bouveret. Ride the mini-trains or walk along the meandering pathways and enjoy the park's nearly five acres of beautiful landscape featuring small scale models of bridges, viaducts, tunnels, and re-creations of notable Swiss landmarks such as Saanen Church, Aigle Castle, and the Halls of Neuchâtel. A shuttle will be provided to and from the park.

  Lake Geneva Boat Tour

Enjoy a floating tour of Lake Geneva on one of the renovated paddle steamboats in the Belle Époque fleet. The Pepperdine team will escort family camp participants by train to the pier. Payment is due at the entrance to the steamboat.

You'll have the chance to visit the historic clubhouse, which was built in 1860 by relatives of Napoleon Bonaparte. The only course in Europe completely designed by Pete Dye, Domaine Impérial is considered to be the best in Switzerland. (A specific date and time for campers interested in a round of golf is being arranged.
