The scales are designed to help you understand your current state of resilience, not to define your value or worth. We encourage you to embrace a growth mindset and to be gentle with yourself throughout this process. If you would like to discuss your results further, you are always welcome to meet with a RISE Coach to explore these scales and their nuances together.
