Give to the Caruso School of Law
The Caruso School of Law (CSOL) is considered one of the most prestigious private
law schools in the country. No other institution can match its distinctive Pepperdine
community marked by Christian values, academic excellence, and rigorous legal training.
Because of our diverse ethnicities and faiths, the school is united in its commitment
to embolden its students to reach higher than they ever thought possible. Currently,
CSOL is engaged in several important initiatives.
Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution 35 for 35 Campaign
For 35 years, the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution has helped improve the culture of conflict on a global scale, yet the high cost of attendance continues to present a significant barrier for many.
Thanks to the recent $1 million gift from the Honorable Danny Weinstein (Ret.), the
University is able to expand its access to a Straus Institute education for students
from diverse backgrounds The community is invited to enhance the impact of Judge Weinstein's
gift by becoming a 35 for 35 Legacy Partner. Your generous commitment of $35,000 to
support endowed scholarships for Straus Institute students will qualify you as a member
of this exclusive group.
March to $100 Million
Inspired by a monumental gift of $50 million from Rick Caruso (JD ‘83) and his wife,
Tina, in 2019, the Law School has set an ambitious objective to raise an additional
$50 million in endowed funds. Caruso has generously partnered with the school to reach
this inspired goal within the next 10 years. These endowed funds will attract more
talented students who otherwise would not be able to afford such a life-changing legal
education; increase the rate at which graduates pass the bar; and bring in and retain
exceptional faculty who impact the world through the lives of the students they train
and the research they publish.
