Château Family Camp
Sunday, July 7–Friday, July 12, 2024
Château d'Hauteville • Blonay - Saint-Légier, Switzerland
Join Pepperdine alumni and friends for the first-ever international family camp at Château d'Hauteville—the University's spectacular 90-acre campus in Switzerland. With an opportunity to stay at the château, you'll wake up every morning surrounded by the architecture and history of this magnificent 18th-century estate and enjoy local excursions in and around Vevey with a group of Pepperdine families and friends. If you are not already familiar with the history and impact of this extraordinary property, please read more about the chateau.
This weeklong adventure will include a variety of fun family activities including games, art projects, karaoke, movie night, and a treasure hunt at the estate. You’ll have an opportunity to walk through the gardens, visit the forest, explore the winding hallways and historic rooms, get a professional photo of your family taken on the scenic château grounds, and find your favorite view of Lake Geneva. With such close access to this famous body of water, you and your new friends from camp can take a dip together, making memories that will last a lifetime.
Please note: Airfare is not included in the Château Family Camp travel package, and
cars will not be allowed to park at the international campus property. Château d'Hauteville
has its own train stop, which is easily accessible on foot.
