Pepperdine alumna Kayla Ferguson ('12) is the owner of The Same Plate, a small business that is partnering with Denver organization The CityCraft Foundation to provide meals for hospital workers and support local restaurants. #PepperdineProud

CityCraft and The Same Plate are working together to create sustainable support structures to benefit local restaurant owners, hospital workers, and by extension the greater Denver community as we look for ways to come together during the coronavirus outbreak. We are starting by collecting tax-deductible monetary donations that will be donated to local restaurants to prepare takeout orders that we can then take to local hospitals.

"Now, more than ever many of us are feeling called to support our communities, and this is one small way I've found to do so. We are stronger together."
