Next Steps - Pepperdine 2020: Boundless Horizons
During the 2011-2012 academic year, each school at Pepperdine University updated its complementary strategic plan. The schools conducted an analysis of existing strengths, weakness, opportunities, and threats while looking toward the future of education.
In addition, five working groups, each representing one of the five goals in the University's strategic plan, established metrics and developed key performance indicators for each goal. These groups presented the first set of metrics to the University Planning in the fall of 2012.
In 2013 the University appointed five Strategic Plan Leaders and school deans to oversee each of the five goals. These leaders and deans chose available data from various sources, enabling them to write their annual reports and submit them to the UPC or Provost. From these reports, the Office of Institutional Effectiveness will create an Integrated Institutional Summary.
